ת"ל (דברים יד, כג) ואכלת לפני ה' אלהיך מעשר דגנך וגו' מקיש בכור למעשר מה מעשר אינו נפסל משנה לחבירתה אף בכור אינו נפסל משנה לחבירתה

And thou shalt eat before the Lord thy God. the tithe of thy corn.
