אלא איפוך סמיכת אשם מצורע לאו דאורייתא ותכף לסמיכה שחיטה דאורייתא

- Rather, reverse it: Laying of [hands on] the guilt-offering of a leper is not Scriptural, while [the law that] shechitah must immediately follow laying is Scriptural. [
