אמר לו ר' אליעזר מצינו בבאין לאחר מיתה שהן כשרין ואין מרצין דתנן האשה שהביאה חטאתה ומתה יביאו יורשין עולתה עולתה ומתה לא יביאו יורשין חטאתה
