במאי קמיפלגי רבי סבר מילי דיבמה מיבמה הוה ליה למילף ורבנן סברי קידושין מקידושין הוה ליה למילף
Rabbi ruled: He acquires her;<span class="x" onmousemove="('comment',' Though she belongs to him in any case and cannot be free without halizah, she now requires a divorce too.');"><sup>7</sup></span> but the Sages say: He does not.
