If a married woman declares, 'Behold! I will be a nazirite when I am divorced,' and she is divorced: R. Ishmael ruled: He cannot annul;<span class="x" onmousemove="('comment',' The husband's annulment whilst she is married is invalid after divorce. ');"><sup>2</sup></span> R.
