It has been taught likewise: He who commits pederasty with his fatheror with his paternal uncle incurs a twofold penalty. Some say that this doesnot agree with R. Judah [of theMishnah].<span class="x" onmousemove="('comment',' Since he does not interpret the verse, the nakedness of thy father, literally, there is only one prohibition against pederasty, viz., that of Lev. XVIII, 22; hence in his view there is only one penalty, no matter with whom the offence is committed. ');"><sup>13</sup></span>
