Musar for Avodah Zarah 38:7
וכל אשר יעשה יצליח א"ר יהושע בן לוי דבר זה כתוב בתורה ושנוי בנביאים ומשולש בכתובים כל העוסק בתורה נכסיו מצליחין לו כתוב בתורה דכתיב (דברים כט, ח) ושמרתם את דברי הברית הזאת ועשיתם אותם למען תשכילו את כל אשר תעשון
“And whatever he does shall prosper” (Psalms 1:3). R. Joshua b. Levi said: This matter is written in the Torah, repeated in the Prophets and mentioned a third time in the Writings: Whoever occupies himself with the Torah, his possessions shall prosper. It is written in the Torah, for it says, “You shall observe the words of this covenant, and do them, that you may make all that you do prosper” (Deuteronomy 29:8).

They have also said (Avodah Zarah 19b): "Whoever occupies himself with Torah, his possessions prosper," "Whoever occupies himself with Torah, the Holy One Blessed be He takes care of his needs."

And also in this world, his affairs will prosper, as Chazal have said (Avodah Zarah 19b): "Whoever occupies himself with Torah, his affairs prosper," as it is written (Psalms 1:2-3): 'but in the Torah of the L-rd is his desire,… and all that he does shall prosper.'"
