ואמר רב זוטרא בר טוביה אמר רב מאי דכתיב (קהלת ג, יא) את הכל עשה יפה בעתו מלמד שכל אחד ואחד יפה לו הקב"ה אומנתו בפניו

Rab Zotra b. Tobiah also said in the name of Rab : What means that which is written, "He hath made everything beautiful in its time" (Eccles. iii. 11)? It teaches that the Holy One, blessed be He, makes every occupation agreeable in the eyes of those who follow it.
