אין כותבין שטרי אירוסין וכו': פשיטא לא צריכא דאפילו צורבא מרבנן דניחא ליה לחמוה לקרוביה:

— [This would] not [have been] required [except in the case] where one sells his field on account of its inferiority.<span class="x" onmousemove="('comment',' Though the seller may be more anxious to sell than the other to buy, the latter, as is the case with an ordinary buyer, must pay for the preparation of the deed.
