אמר שמואל הכא בנושא שכר עסקינן ונשבעין ליטול שכרן אי הכי נשבעין לגזברין לבני העיר מבעי ליה אמר רבה נשבעין לבני העיר במעמד גזברין כי היכי דלא נחשדינהו ואי נמי כי היכי דלא לקרו להו פושעים
