ולאפוקי מהאי תנא דתניא ולו תהיה לאשה שמעון התימני אומר אשה שיש בה הויה רבי שמעון בן מנסיא אומר אשה הראויה לקיימה

This [mishnah] excludes [the view of] the following tanna: For it has been taught: “And she shall be his wife” (Deuteronomy 22:29). Shimon the Yemenite says: A woman who can become his wife; R. Shimon b. Menasya says: A woman who can remain his wife.
