It is written, And every meal-offering, mingled with oil [belulah ba-shemen] or dry;<span class="x" onmousemove="('comment',' Lev. VII, 10. .');">²⁹</span> it is indeed referred to as 'mingled with oil', but never as 'mingled' by itself.<span class="x" onmousemove="('comment',' So that to refer to a dry meal-offering as mingled does not necessarily mean that it is intended to be a meal-offering mingled with oil, for this would have been expressly stated; it is regarded as empty words and the offering is not affected thereby.');">³⁰</span>
