Our Rabbis taught: Who is a congenital saris?<span class="x" onmousemove="('comment',' V. supra p. 538, n. 11. ');">¹³</span> Any person who is twenty years of age and has not produced two pubic hairs.<span class="x" onmousemove="('comment',' The usual marks of puberty.
