אמרו לו משם ראיה הרי הוא אומר (במדבר כא, ח) ויאמר ה' אל משה עשה לך שרף לך משלך ואין אדם אוסר דבר שאינו שלו והתם בדין הוא דכתותי לא הוה צריך
