Said R. Aha the son of Raba to R. Ashi: Come and hear [this]: [If a man says to another], You owe me a <i>maneh</i>, and the other says, That is so, and if on the next day when the lender says, Give it to me, the borrower pleads, I have given it to you, he is quit, but if he says, I do not owe you anything,<span class="x" onmousemove="('comment',' Lit., 'Nothing of yours is in my hand'.
