לימא מסייע ליה ולא את הבור ולא את הדות אף על פי שכתב לו עומקא ורומא ואי סלקא דעתך בסתמא קני עומקא ורומא ליהני עומקא ורומא למיקנא בור ודות ומחילות דלא כתב ליה

R.
