נתנו לו דרך מן הצד מדעת שניהן נכנס בשעה שהוא רוצה ויוצא בשעה שרוצה ומכניס לתוכה תגרין ולא יכנס מתוכה לתוך שדה אחרת זה וזה אינן רשאים לזורעה:
