his share, [when he is co-heir] with one [is to be compared with] his share [when he is co-heir] with five; as [in the case of inheriting] his share with one [brother, he receives] twice as much as the one<span class="x" onmousemove="('comment',' For in whatever way the double portion is arrived at, it would, in this case, inevitably consist of a shore which is double the size of that of the other brother. ');"><sup>1</sup></span> so [in the case when he inherits] his share with five [brothers he should also receive only] twice as much as one.
