דרבא אדרבא לא קשיא התם מוכר קאי בנכסיה הכא לוקח קאי בניכסיה

Between the two remarks of Raba there is no contradiction. In the latter case the seller is in possession; in the former the purchaser is in possession.<span class="x" onmousemove="('comment',' And Raba decides in each case in favour of the party in possession. ');">³</span>
