<b><i>MISHNAH</i></b>. THERE ARE [IN ERETZ YISRAEL] THREE DISTRICTS [WHICH ARE DISTINCT FROM EACH OTHER<span class="x" onmousemove="('comment',' I.e., form self-contained units, as explained in what follows.
