תניא כמ"ד אין קום אדוכתך משמע דתניא פועל שנכנס לתבוע שכרו מבעה"ב ונגחו שורו של בעה"ב או נשכו כלבו פטור אע"פ שנכנס ברשות אמאי פטור אלא לאו דקרי אבבא ואמר ליה אין וש"מ אין קום אדוכתך משמע:
