היכי דמי אילימא כדקתני גזלן ממאן גבי אלא לאו כגון שגזל שדה מחבירו ומכרה לאחר והשביחה

But note the first part: 'We may not collect [etc.] for the purpose of usufruct.' Now if it refers [to land seized by] a creditor, is the creditor entitled to the produce [of the land]?
