הכא גבי שטר חוב לא אתי לוקח ותבע מדאהדרוה ניהליה רבנן לשטר חוב פשיטא למאי הלכתא אהדרוה ניהליה למטרף הוא שמע מינה קמו רבנן במילתא ומקמי דידי מטא שטרא לידיה:
