אמר רבא האי דאמרת בשלשה אינו חייב להחזיר לא אמרן אלא דלית ביה שוה פרוטה לכל חד וחד אבל אית ביה שוה פרוטה לכל חד וחד חייב להחזיר מאי טעמא אימור שותפי נינהו ולא מיאשו
