והכי נמי מסתברא דכי אתא רבין אמר ר' יוחנן הפריש עשר בהמות לחגיגתו הקריב חמש ביום טוב ראשון חוזר ומקריב חמש ביום טוב שני קשיין אהדדי

And this also makes sense, for when Rabbin came he said in R. Yochanan's name, If one sets apart ten animals for his Chagigah, he may bring five on the first day of the festival, and may again bring five on the last day of the festival.
