ולא ר' יהודה סבר לה כר' יוסי דתניא (ויקרא א, ב) דבר אל בני ישראל וסמך בני ישראל סומכין ואין בנות ישראל סומכות רבי יוסי ור"ש אומרים נשים סומכות רשות
