This is the view of R. Judah. R. Meir says that if she has intercourse [with another man], judgment on it must be suspended.<span class="x" onmousemove="('comment',' If the husband dies, she was divorced at the time, and there is no penalty for the intercourse; if the husband recovers, the man has to bring a sin-offering.
