ואין הכל מוציאין לאתויי מאי לאתויי אפי' מנוה הרעה לנוה היפה ואיידי דתנא רישא אין מוציאין תנא סיפא נמי אין מוציאין:

“But none may be compelled to leave it:” what does this come to include? To include even from an bad dwelling to a superior one. And since it was stated in the earlier clause, “None may be compelled to leave it” it was also stated in the latter clause, “None may be compelled to leave it.”
