But a declaration [too] requires her consent, yet it is taught, either s or her father [can accept it]? - There the reference is to a declaration which is [made] against her will, and i is in agreement with Rabbi. For it was taught: If one makes a declaration to his yebamah without her consent,<span class="x" onmousemove="('comment',' Forcing the money of betrothal upon her and declaring, 'Behold, thou art betrothed unto me.'');"><sup>6</sup></span>
