R'Hiyya B'Abba said in the name of R'Johanan, FORWARD AND BACKWARD,<span class="x" onmousemove="('comment',' I.e., in all four directions.');">¹⁹</span> that is to Him unto Whom the [four] directions belong; UPWARD AND DOWNWARD, that is to Him unto Whom heaven and earth belong.
