והא תני רבי הושעיא הולך אדם אצל רועה הרגיל אצלו ונותן לו טלה לפסחו ומקדישו ויוצא בו התם נמי כיון דרגיל אצלו אקדושי ליה מעיקרא והא מקדיש קתני הקדש עילוי מדרבנן
