ואלא הא דתני רב יוסף לא הוכשרו במלאכת שמים אלא עור בהמה טהורה בלבד למאי הלכתא לתפילין תפילין בהדיא כתיב בהו (שמות יג, ט) למען תהיה תורת ה' בפיך מן המותר בפיך
