'One who is Rabbinically regarded as a robber<span class="x" onmousemove="('comment',' A gambler, for instance, who is not Biblically forbidden to act as a witness. V. R.H. 220. ');">²</span> one, however, who is Biblically regarded as a robber is ineligible to act as witness in matrimonial matters;<span class="x" onmousemove="('comment',' Which proves that even in matrimonial matters a murderer (a man Biblically regarded as wicked) is not eligible as a witness.
