Our Rabbis taught: If the first husband brought her [the bride] into his home for the sake of marriage and she has witnesses that she was not secluded with him, or even if she was secluded with him, she did not stay with him as much time as is needed for intercourse, the second husband cannot make a virginity claim for the first [husband] had taken her into his home for the purpose of marriage.
