');"><sup>1</sup></span> and Samuel replied: <i>Kinyan</i> is constituted only in respect of the things specified in the section,<span class="x" onmousemove="('comment',' Deut. XXV, 5ff, which deals with the obligations and privileges of the levir and the yebamah. ');"><sup>2</sup></span>
