ואמר רב יהודה אמר רב המפרש והיוצא בשיירא קודם שלשים יום אין זקוק לבער תוך שלשים יום זקוק לבער אמר אביי הא דאמרת תוך שלשים יום זקוק לבער לא אמרן אלא שדעתו לחזור אבל אין דעתו לחזור אין זקוק לבער
