Responsa על בבא מציעא 5:14

Q. If a litigant is proven to have lied in respect to one of his claims, is he considered untrustworthy in respect to his other claims so that he becomes disqualified from taking an oath?
A. He is still to be trusted under oath regarding his other claims.
