ולא שמיע (להו) הא דכי אתי רבין אמר רבי יוחנן ואמרי לה ר' אלעזר אמר משום רבי אלעזר בן שמוע

RETURNING IN JUBILEE here means that it makes [the privileges of the first-born] of no account.<span class="x" onmousemove="('comment',' Therefore the passage in the Mishnah that Jubilee does not cause a return, also has the same meaning as R. Eleazar explains above, i.e., that it does not cause the first-born to lose his privileges on account of Jubilee.');">²⁴</span>
