וכל שקדם הקדשן את מומן או מום עובר להקדשן ולאחר מכאן נולד להן מום קבוע להקדשן ונפדו פטורין מן הבכורה ומן המתנות ואינן יוצאין לחולין ליגזז וליעבד ולדן וחלבן אסור לאחר פדיונן והשוחטן בחוץ חייב ועושין תמורה ואם מתו יקברו:
