חוץ מן כספו של עפרון שאע"פ שכתוב בתורה סתם קינטרין דכתיב
until they found a text from the Torah which made their use permissible, because Scripture says: For the robbers shall enter into it and profane it.<span class="x" onmousemove="('comment',' Ezek. VII, 22. Implying that when the robbers came and took the Temple monies they profaned them and they became hullin, devoid of any sanctity.');"><sup>24</sup></span>
