ומגביהו מן הקרקע טפח אמר רבי אחא ברבי חנינא מאי קראה (תהלים קטז, יג) כוס ישועות אשא ובשם ה' אקרא

"He raises it a hand- breadth from the floor" — R. Aha b. R. Hannina said: What is the Scriptural authority ? "I will lift up the cup of salvation and call upon the name of the Lord" (Ps. cxvi. 13).
