אמר ר' אחא משום ר' לוי מאי קרא (תהלים קא, א) חסד ומשפט אשירה לך ה' אזמרה אם חסד אשירה ואם משפט אשירה

R. Aha said in the name of R. Levi: What is the Scriptural authority? "I will sing of mercy and justice ; unto Thee, O Lord, will I sing praises" (Ps. ci. 1) — if it be mercy, I will sing ; and if it be justice, I will sing.
