Commentary for Berakhot 51:3

איני והא אמר רפרם בר פפא אמר רב חסדא עומד אדם כנגד בית הכסא ומתפלל הכא במאי עסקינן בבית הכסא שאין בו צואה

But it is not so ! For Rafram b. Pappa said in the name of Rab Hisda : A man may stand opposite a privy and say the Tefillah ! With what are we here dealing ? With a privy which does not contain excrement.
