הניחא למאן דאמר אם היתה עקרה נפקדת שפיר אלא למאן דאמר אם היתה יולדת בצער יולדת בריוח נקבות יולדת זכרים שחורים יולדת לבנים קצרים יולדת ארוכים מאי איכא למימר
This is quite right for him who maintains that if [the woman wrongly suspected] was barren, then she will conceive ; but according to him who maintains [that as the result of her proved innocence], if she usually gave birth in pain she now gives birth with ease, [if she usually brought forth] daughters she now brings forth sons, [if she usually brought forth] dark children she now brings forth fair children, [if she usually brought forth] short children she now brings forth tall children — what is there to say?
