ואורז לאו מעשה קדרה הוא והתניא אלו הן מעשה קדרה חילקא טרגיס סולת זריז וערסן ואורז

Is not rice a cooked dish? And lo, there is a teaching ; The following are cooked dishes : grist, groats, fine flour, split grain, barley-meal and rice!
