א"ר יוסף האי חביצא דאית ביה פרורין כזית בתחלה מברך עליו המוציא לחם מן הארץ ולבסוף מברך עליו שלש ברכות דלית ביה פרורין כזית בתחלה מברך עליו בורא מיני מזונות ולבסוף ברכה אחת מעין שלש

Rab Joseph said : Over the Habis which contains pieces of bread the size of an olive, before partaking thereof the benediction is "...Who bringest forth bread from the earth," and afterwards three benedictions. If it does not contain pieces of bread the size of an olive, before partaking thereof the benediction is "...Who createst various kinds of foods" and afterwards one benediction which is an abstract of three.
