ואמר רב מרי אמר רבי יוחנן הרגיל בחרדל אחת לשלשים יום מונע חלאים מתוך ביתו אבל כל יומא לא מ"ט משום דקשה לחולשא דלבא

R. Mari also said in the name of R. Johanan : He who makes it a habit to eat mustard once in thirty days keeps illnesses away from his house ; but not every day. What is the reason ? Because it is bad for heartweakness.
