אמר רב חייא בר אשי אמר רב הרגיל בדגים קטנים אינו בא לידי חולי מעים ולא עוד אלא שדגים קטנים מפרין ומרבין ומברין כל גופו של אדם

Rab Hiyya b. Ashe said in the name of Rab : He who makes it a habit to eat small fish will not suffer with indigestion ; more than that, small fish make a man's whole body fruitful and strong.
