להאיך לישנא דאמר רב לא שנו אלא פת דבעי הסבה אבל יין לא בעי הסבה קשיא רישא
According to one version of Rab's statement, viz. : "This teaching applies only to bread for which reclining is necessary, but for wine reclining is not necessary," the first part [of this Baraita] is in disagreement!

Because it states "Wine is set for them and each says the benediction for himself." But if reclining is not necessary for wine, let one say it for all!
