כח דהיתירא עדיף ליה

Nevertheless they agree that the egg of a bird that was trefah beyond doubt, is forbidden, if it was one of the first set, because it is part of the body [of the bird].<span class="x" onmousemove="('comment',' And so was rendered trefah simultaneously with the mother bird.');">¹⁵</span>
